The
increasing compression ratios, decreasing operating
tolerances, and high temperatures of today's modern
engines. combined with widespread usage of hydraulic
valve lifters and extended oil-drain periods, demand
regular, periodic engine flushing to ensure top
engine performance. Omega 907 Engine
Flush will remove harmful, power-robbing sludge,
dirt and other contaminants in minutes, it is especially
effective in removing these contaminants from oil
screens (filters) and lines.

Cleans
valves and hydraulic lifters
|
It suspends particles
and prevents their depositing on engine parts.
With Omega 907's solvent action,
gum and varnish deposits are removed from close
tolerance passages of valves and hydraulic valve
lifters, allowing them to operate smoothly.

Removes
harmful deposits
|
Excessive combustion
deposits cling to vital parts inside an engine
even after an oil and filter change. For every
3220-4830 km (2000-3000 miles) of average driving
(455 litres/100 gal of petrol consumed) an automobile
engine can (depending upon fuel and oil quality
and general engine condition) produce:
-
160-250
litres (40-50 gals.) of water
-
15-50
litres (3-10 gals.) of unbumt petrol 200-500
g. (1/2-1 lb.) of acids
-
100-500
g. (1/4-1 lb.) of vamishes and resins
-
200-1000
g. (1/2-2 lbs.) of sludge
-
200-300
g. (6-10 ounces) of insoluble salts
Omega 907's
special ingredients loosen these harmful deposits,
holding them in suspension until the old oil is
drained from the crankcase.

Neutralises
internal engine acids
|
Accumulation of contaminants
to damage-causing levels and the formation of
acids over extended oil-drain periods are major
causes of wear on pistons, rings and cylinder
walls. While an oil drain and change are certainly
beneficial in combating acid conditions, 1/2 litre
(the pint) or so of old oil remaining after a
drain immediately contaminates the new oil. The
expected protection against dangerous acid accumulation
does not occur. Omega 907 neutralises
the acids and prevents corrosive damage, restoring
the additives, allowing motorists to get the maximum
lubrication protection they expect from an oil
and filter change.
|
| |
Stops
damage from extended drain intervals
|
Without the action
of Omega 907, 1/2 litre (the
pint) or so of old oil will contaminate the new
oil, resulting in rapid formation of sludges which
cling to vital engine parts. Without effective
additive action, the combustion by-products in
the crankcase oil begin to drop out of suspension.
Omega 907 revitalises additive
action by suspending sludge and holding them in
the oil until it is drained. Flushing an engine
with Omega 907 every oil change
ensures the new clean oil operates at peak efficiency.
|
| |
Removes
glycol anti-freeze contamination
|
Regular use of Omega
907, at manufacturers' recommended oil
change intervals, removes glycol and associated
deposits before excessive build-up occurs. Glycol
destroys the additives of motor oils and causes
deposits to settle on parts in sufficient quantity
to cause engine seizure. Omega 907
provides positive protection against this occuring.

| |
How
to apply Omega 907
|
With engine off,
and at operating temperature, add Omega
907 to crankcase, idle engine for 10
minutes, then drain crankcase while engine is
still hot. Replace oil plug, install new filter
and fresh oil. For crankcase capacity less than
approx.2.8 litres (3 quarts) use 250 ml of Omega
907. Use every 9700 km (6000 miles) or
AT EACH OIL CHANGE.
