Magna Industrial Co. Ltd. is delighted to launch a new product – Omega 73 NLGI #0 grade today.

As indicated in our product prelaunch notice, Omega 73 NLGI #0 grease is specially engineered for the centralized grease lubrication (spray) system.  It is an extension of the popular Omega 73 NLGI #2 grease which is normally applied manually by brushing or grease guns.   Potentially, this new NLGI #0 semi-fluid grease is an excellent service/operational type of open gear grease for the large heavy-duty open gear units equipped with automatic grease spray systems because of the following features & benefits:

 

 

 

  • Excellent adhesion – based upon feedback of the field test.
  • Resistance to water washout or moisture – excellent comment on this attribute by participants of the field test.
  • Superb Load-carrying capability – typical data shown on Omega 73’s PIM.
  • Protection against corrosion – typical data shown on Omega 73’s PIM.
  • Cushioning ability – built-in with Omega 73’s package of thickener & base fluid.
  • Good sprayability and/or dispensability for application in centralized lubrication systems – NLGI #0 semi-fluid is engineered for the automatic spray system.

    This new NLGI #0 product is available in 5Kg / 15Kg / 55Kg packs.
